However, due to strict regulations on the rooftop, carry-on baggage, including cameras, is restricted.

Shibuya Sky, located atop the Shibuya Scramble Square building, offers one of the best observation decks in Tokyo, allowing visitors to enjoy an expansive cityscape from above. This particular footage presents a unique monochrome aesthetic, accentuating the dynamic urban landscape in a cinematic style.

The video was shot using a SONY FX30 camera paired with a SIGMA 30mm F1.4 DC DN lens, with audio captured using a Roland CS-10EM microphone. For those interested, a color edition of the video is also available.
