She has explored numerous well-known and hidden gems, and this time she takes viewers to a lesser-known hot spring in Sakae Village (栄村), Nagano. Along the way, she also stops for gourmet experiences in Niigata before making a brief visit to Yuzawa Onsen (湯沢温泉).

The journey begins with a short stop at Michi-no-Eki Nozawa Onsen (道の駅 野沢温泉), a roadside station offering local produce and goods from the region. She then visits Yurii Onsen (百合居温泉), a small, tranquil hot spring perfect for relaxation, followed by Nakajo Onsen (中条温泉) Tomatoland, known for its cloudy, mineral-rich waters and the unique connection to locally grown tomatoes.

For a culinary highlight, the video features a meal at Sushioka (鮨岡), a well-regarded sushi restaurant serving up fresh local seafood. From there, the traveler makes a final stop at Yuzawa Onsen's Yamano-Yu (山の湯), a well-loved onsen nestled in the mountains of Niigata Prefecture, before wrapping up her journey.

Throughout the trip, viewers get to experience the peaceful atmosphere of traditional Japanese onsen towns, regional gourmet treats, and a rare look at hidden hot springs that are off the beaten path.
