Exploring Gotokuji: The Birthplace of Maneki-Neko & Riding the Lucky Cat Train

Join us on an enchanting journey to Gotokuji (豪徳寺), the birthplace of Japan’s famous lucky cat figurine, Maneki-Neko. This video follows an exciting adventure through Tokyo, beginning with a ride on the uniquely designed "Lucky Maneki-Neko Train" (幸運の招き猫電車), a cat-themed train that operates near Gotokuji. The trip starts at Sangenjaya Station (三軒茶屋駅), where tickets for this charming train are purchased.

Upon arriving at Gotokuji, we explore the historic temple that has become a renowned power spot in Tokyo. Thousands of Maneki-Neko statues adorn the area, creating a truly magical atmosphere.
